Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule in DP-2 form. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured include 18 PVMS Drugs such as Olanzapine 10 MG Tablets, Quetiapine 25 MG and 100 MG Tablets, Risperidone in various strengths, Carbamazepine 200 MG Tablets, Lamotrigine 25 MG Tablets, Sodium Valproate Syrup, Vitamin B Complex Tablets, Vitamin D Drops and Ampoules, Iron Sucrose 100 MG Ampoules, Prednisolone Acetate 1% Eye Drops, Benzyl Peroxide 10% Gel, Ferrous Sulphate Bottles, and Folic Acid 5 MG Tablets.
The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications including brand names, manufacturer details, and adherence to shelf life and packaging standards. Delivery is scheduled from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028. Firms must submit technical offers in duplicate and commercial offers separately in sealed envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Eligibility criteria include DGDP registration or willingness to register, valid NTN and GST registration, and compliance with PPRA rules and Defence Purchase Procedures.
