Supply of Rechargeable NICD Cells 1.2V 4.5AH and 1.2V 1.4AH to Directorate General Procurement (Army)

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific rechargeable NICD cells. The procurement is governed by PPRA rules and aims to ensure competitive pricing without exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Rechargeable NICD Cell 1.2 V, 4.5AH 'D' Type (Bar of 5 Cells), Quantity: 930 Nos - NICD Cell 1.2V, 1.4AH 'RR' Type, Quantity: 2400 Nos The delivery period for both items is six months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Directorate General Procurement (Army) upon submission of required documents including registration certificates from DGDP and Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, proof of Godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC of MD, and certificates confirming no blacklisting or default. Firms other than registered manufacturers must provide verifiable manufacturing or agency agreements. An original challan form no. 32-A for Rs 2000/- must be deposited into the Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. A bid security of 5% of the quoted value, up to a maximum of Rs. 1 Million, must be attached as earnest money through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Tender opening will be held in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives. The last date for collection of tender documents is 11 September 2026, with submission deadlines on 08 September 2026 for the first item and 11 September 2026 for the second.
