Water and Sanitation Agency Gujranwala invites tenders from firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having active NTN, PNTN, FBR, and PRA registration. Bidders must also be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system for the financial year 2026-27. Tender documents can be obtained and bids submitted only through the Punjab e-procurement system. Items being procured: - Supply of RPC / RCC Manhole Covers & Frames - Supply of RCC Manhole Covers at different areas of WASA Gujranwala The scope includes supply and delivery of manhole covers and frames made of RPC and RCC materials to various locations under WASA Gujranwala. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and timely delivery. Eligibility requires valid PEC license in PMU office G.T Road Zone-IV Peoples Colony WASA Gujranwala, FBR and PRA registration, and earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted on item rate basis by 20-10-2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM by the Tender Opening Committee through E-PAD in the office of undersigned Zone-IV WASA Gujranwala. Bidders should ensure bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Deputy Director Engg-IV/Store. Bids containing corrupt or unreadable records will be rejected.
