Supply of Software Licenses and IT Infrastructure Items for Directorate General Procurement (Army)

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for the supply of various software licenses and IT infrastructure items. This procurement is based in Rawalpindi and will be conducted under PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Agreement, Infrastructure Optimization, Integration, Allied Accessories, Data Centre (6 Nos) - License, Software, Open Router AI Enterprise (1 Nos) - License Software Invicti (1 Nos) - Threat Info Feed (3x SWs) (3 Nos) - LLM Evaluation Tools (2x SWs) (2 Nos) - License Software Virtualization Solution (1 Nos) - License Software Threat Intelligence Platform (1 Nos) - License Software Closed Cyber INT Database (1 Nos) - License, Software, Siem, Soar, Solution (1 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of indigenous and imported software and infrastructure solutions with a delivery period ranging from 6 months to 30 May 2027 depending on the item. Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of agency agreement/dealership certificate for imported items and financial capability undertakings. Bidders must provide bid security via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as earnest money with rates varying from 2% to 5% depending on firm registration status. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from commercial opening and a performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of signing. Tender opening will be held at DGP (Army) tender room in presence of firm representatives. Submission deadline is 05 November 2026 at 1030 hrs with opening at 1100 hrs.
