The DIG Police Baltistan Range Skardu invites sealed tenders from reputed firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of goods and services required for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes the supply of genuine spare parts and repair services ensuring quality and durability. Contractors must have at least 5 years of experience in the supply and repair of vehicle spare parts, supported by documentary evidence attached with the technical proposal. The rate of items not covered in the prescribed form will be determined according to the relevant retail price in the open market at the time of supply. All applicable taxes must be included in the bid price and borne by the firms, dealers, suppliers, or contractors. Tender documents fee is Rs. 4000, collected through National Bank via treasury challan form, which must be attached with the tender documents. The call deposit (refundable) of Rs. 30000 will be collected in the name of DIG Police Baltistan Range through bank challan. The tender follows a single stage two-envelope procedure where financial and technical proposals are submitted together. Bids must be submitted to the DIG Office Baltistan Range MT Branch before the closing date and time, and will be opened in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. A warranty for repair, correction, or replacement of equipment/items will be provided by the contractor from the date the parts/items are handed over. Contractors should maintain sufficient stock of spare parts to ensure speedy repair or replacement without undue delay. Waiting for manufacturers to replace or repair equipment will not be allowed. The closing date for submission is 07-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
