Supply of Spare Parts for Transport Repair

The AIG Police Special Branch Gilgit-Baltistan Gilgit invites sealed tenders from reputed registered Government firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of spare parts for transport repair for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Transport Repair spare parts The scope of this tender includes the supply of transport repair spare parts to support the operational vehicles of the AIG Police Special Branch Gilgit-Baltistan. The contractor or supplier must have a complete setup including own shop and past experience with documentary evidence. The supplier must be a sole proprietor or have a Certificate of Chamber of Commerce and NTN number. Adequate supplies must be available in Gilgit Town, and the supplier will be bound to supply demanded items at the AIG Police Special Branch Gilgit-Baltistan. The bid security or call deposit of PKR 300,000 must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of AIG Police Special Branch Gilgit-Baltistan. Tenders without call deposit from a scheduled bank will not be accepted. Firms quoting unrealistic low or exaggerated high rates compared to market rates may be straight away rejected. Tender documents fee will be charged according to GB Finance Act-2024. Conditional, ambiguous, and incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Eligibility requires a bank statement for the last 3 years showing work experience with a closing balance not less than PKR 5 million as of 30.06.2026, along with registration certificate and vendor number duly attested. The tender evaluation will follow a single stage two-envelope procedure with a 70/30 weightage formula: 70 for technical proposal and 30 for financial proposal.
