Supply of Spares and Equipment for IP MW Network and OFC Maintenance

Headquarters Special Communications Organization Qasim Road Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of various spares and equipment. Items being procured: - O&M Sp/SLA Services of IP MW Network - Consumable Spares for Maintenance of OFC - Consumable Spares for Maintenance of Transmission Systems - Network Components, Accessories & Spares for Datacom and Transmission Systems - Consumable Parts of Test Instruments (OFC & Splicing machine) - ZMC Items (OFC Test Equipment) Spares - OTN Equipment (OSN Spares) Longhaul Network - IP Microwave and Power Spares - Layer-3 Hybrid Switch (PTN Spares) - SFiber-Air Spares Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Ordnance Branch of Headquarters on any working day upon provision of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 through National Bank of Pakistan. The tender must be submitted along with sealed brochure/sample by the due date at 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 1030 hours, followed by financial bid opening in the presence of bidders' representatives after evaluation of technical proposals. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time without assigning reasons but will communicate grounds for rejection upon request. Bidders are advised to ensure compliance with registration requirements and prepare earnest money (CDR) as per tender documents. Submission deadlines and bid security details must be strictly followed to avoid disqualification.
