Contractors must have valid PEC registration with specialization code CE-10 for the year 2025-26, active registration certificates from Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least two valid work orders of similar nature and completion certificates within the last five years.
