The Directorate General Commodities Lahore, Government of the Punjab, invites lotwise E-Bids for procurement under single stage single envelope method from eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, and distributers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) through open competitive bidding for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is carried out through Punjab E-Procurement of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Interested applicants must register on Punjab E-Procurement portal to be eligible for participation. Items being procured: - LOT 1: Stationary Items (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,500,000) - LOT 2: Printing & Publications (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,200,000) - LOT 3: Computer Stationary (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,300,000) - LOT 4: Others Items (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,200,000) - LOT 5: Purchase of Hardware (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,295,000) - LOT 6: Purchase of IT Equipment's (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,001,000) - LOT 7: Purchase of Plant & Machinery (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,801,000) The scope includes supply of various office stationary, printing materials, computer stationary, hardware, IT equipment, and plant & machinery as per detailed bidding documents available on the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements and submit bids as per the schedule. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant tax authorities, experience in the respective supply categories, and submission of bid security as specified (2% of estimated cost). Each lot-wise E-Bid shall comprise a single package containing technical and financial proposals separately.
