Supply of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items for Islamabad Model College for Boys I-10/1

Islamabad Model College for Boys I-10/1, located in Islamabad, invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, general order suppliers registered with income and sales tax departments and active tax payers list (ATL) of FBR for supply of stationery and computer stationery items. The procurement is governed under PPRA rules 2004 and amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery The tender requires submission of bids with a 2% bid security against each item mentioned. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am in the office of the undersigned. Tender documents contain detailed terms and conditions. The tender committee reserves the right to reject all or part of bids at any time prior to acceptance without conveying reasons, in accordance with PPRA rules 2004 amended from time to time. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income/Sales Tax Departments, active tax payer status (ATL) of FBR, and submission of attested photocopies of registration certificates and latest sales tax returns. The articles must be delivered free of cost including fitting, carriage charges, octroi, and local taxes at the college premises. A one-year guarantee on all items including onsite service is mandatory. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one week after tender opening. Payment will be made through AGPR Islamabad after concurrence of FDE Islamabad. The rates quoted in the tender shall be valid up to 30-06-2027 with no escalation allowed. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure all required documents including CNIC, NTN certificate, sales tax registration certificate, bank draft/pay order/call deposit, and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting are attached with the tender.
