Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division (Policy Wing) Islamabad invites reputable firms and agencies to submit proposals online through the E-PADS portal of PPRA under a single stage single envelope procedure for the supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Other Miscellaneous items Bidders must provide proof of registration and mention NTN/General Sales Tax numbers issued by the Income Tax/Sales Tax Departments on E-PADS. Original documents must be submitted to the procuring agency before the closing time of bid submission, failing which bids will be rejected. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order Guarantee in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) Policy Wing amounting to Rs.214,500/- refundable. Cheques will not be entertained. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS, and original bid security submitted before closing time. Bids will be opened in the office of the Director (Admin) on the 2nd Floor of Petroleum House. The closing time for submission is 02-11-2026 up to 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue. Rates without GST will be considered and shall be valid up to 30-06-2027. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all item-wise rates are clearly indicated in Pak Rupees. Only E-PADS (Federal) registered bidders can apply. Unregistered bidders must first register on E-PADS (v.2.0) before applying.
