Tender Description
The National School of Public Policy Pakistan Administrative Staff College Lahore invites electronic bids from original manufacturers and authorized distributors or suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The procurement is for a diverse range of items including stationery, miscellaneous consumables, sports items, photocopier machine toners, printer toners, and computer accessories.

This procurement covers a wide technical scope involving office supplies, sports equipment, and consumables for photocopiers and printers, as well as computer peripherals. The procurement is managed by the National School of Public Policy located on Shahrah-e-Quaid-i-Azam, Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized distributors/suppliers with valid registration for income tax and sales tax. Compliance with FBR and ATL registration is mandatory. Bidders should ensure they meet all technical and financial criteria as per the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk).
The submission deadline is strictly by 03 August 2026 at 09:30 AM via the EPADS electronic bidding system. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM. The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) as per Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is also available on EPADS.
