Supply of Stationery Items, Miscellaneous Items, Computer Stationery/Toners, Furniture & Fixture, I.T Equipment and Computer Hardware Items

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Islamabad is inviting sealed tenders from well reputed firms and vendors registered with the sales tax department, holding National Tax Number (NTN) and AGPR vendor number based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 and covers a comprehensive range of items including stationery items, miscellaneous items, computer stationery and toners, purchase of furniture and fixtures, as well as purchase of I.T equipment and computer hardware items. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Miscellaneous items - Computer stationery/toners - Furniture & fixture - I.T equipment - Computer hardware items This tender requires bidders to quote rates inclusive of tax as per Government Taxation Policy. The scope involves supply of these items to the Ministry located at 3rd Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat Islamabad. Vendors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and have valid AGPR vendor numbers. Experience in supplying similar items to government departments will be advantageous. Tender documents including instructions, terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Submission of bids through the E-PADS system of PPRA is mandatory as per S.R.O No.296 (1)/2023 dated 08-03-2023. Sealed tender bids in hard copy along with the original pay order for record must reach the undersigned before 11:00 hours on August 18, 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both electronic and hard copy bids, as late submissions will not be entertained.
