Supply of Stationery Items for Senior Civil Judge Office Rawalpindi

The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax authorities including Sales Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for the supply of stationery items. Items being procured: - Stationery Bidders must prepare an E-bid in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents. The bid security instrument and all required documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) by 19.11.2026 at 10:30 A.M. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the office of the undersigned. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders shall submit bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost before the bid submission deadline via the Punjab e-Procurement system by generating a payment slip ID (PSID). Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after finalization of the tender. Financial proposals must include all taxes. The authority reserves the right to enhance or reduce the quantity of items. The procurement shall be governed under prevailing PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission process and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
