Supply of Stationery Items on Rate Running Contract for National Logistics Corporation Karachi

National Logistics Corporation Karachi invites bids for the supply of stationery items on a rate running contract (RRC) basis from authorized and registered dealers. The contract is for the Headquarters Logistic Services NLC Karachi. Items quantity is endorsed in tender documents. Tender documents must be duly stamped and submitted by 1200 hours on 14 September 2026, with opening at 1230 hours the same day in the presence of dealers or their authorized representatives at Headquarters Logistic Services NLC Karachi. The rate/price of items should be on a rate running contract basis inclusive of all taxes and duties effective for 120 days. Delivery will be made within 7 days on acceptance schedule after signing the contract agreement. Firms must produce samples of items with the tender for acceptance. Mandatory provisions include a tender fee of Rs. 2000.00 (Non-Refundable) in the shape of a bank draft in the name of National Logistics Corporation LS Collection, a handsel fee as per tender documents, and a 5% performance bond from the successful bidder on signing the agreement/contract. Tender will be opened the next day in case of manifestly or in-manifestly leave/holiday. Tender documents along with technical details can be collected on written application against Rs. 2000.00 bank draft during working days from 0900 AM to 1400 PM.
