Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy is inviting sealed quotations from GST registered firms and suppliers who are also registered with Pakistan Navy and professional tax payers for the supply of stationery items, text books, and geometrical instruments. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Navy office located at National Stadium Road, Karachi. The scope includes a variety of stationery products, educational text books, and precision geometrical instruments suitable for official and training purposes.
Interested bidders must obtain tender documents during working days between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM from the Officer Incharge Stationery at PNS Bahadur by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000 in the form of a pay order in favor of Commandant PNS Bahadur. The quotations must be submitted by 29th May 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Firms should ensure they have valid GST registration, Pakistan Navy registration, and professional tax status to be eligible.
Bidders are advised to prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, ensuring all required documents including Earnest Money or CDR are attached as per tender requirements. The submission deadline is strict, and late bids will not be entertained.
