The Forest, Wildlife & Environment Department Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat invites sealed tenders from registered, authorized distributors, suppliers, and well-reputed firms for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be qualified firms or contractors with a minimum of three years experience in the relevant field. They must have their own workshop or shop to participate in the tender. Firms should be registered with FBR and ATL, and must provide proof of experience certificates along with their tender documents. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- is required to confirm the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or PPRA. The tender documents must be submitted by 28th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A call deposit amounting to 5% of the total bid is mandatory and must be attached in the form of demand draft or pay order in the name of Deputy Secretary Forest/DDO, Forest Wildlife & Environment Department GB, Gilgit.
