Tender Description
The Forest, Wildlife & Environment Department Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat invites sealed tenders from registered, authorized distributors, suppliers, and well-reputed firms for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Gilgit region and covers a diverse range of items and services required by the department.

The tender includes supply of stationery items essential for office use, repair services for departmental vehicles and motorcycles, and various miscellaneous items as required by the department. The scope covers supply and repair work to be carried out within the Gilgit region, ensuring operational efficiency of transport and availability of office supplies.
Eligible bidders must be qualified firms or contractors with a minimum of three years experience in the relevant field. They must have their own workshop or shop to participate in the tender. Firms should be registered with FBR and ATL, and must provide proof of experience certificates along with their tender documents. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- is required to confirm the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or PPRA.
The tender documents must be submitted by 28th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A call deposit amounting to 5% of the total bid is mandatory and must be attached in the form of demand draft or pay order in the name of Deputy Secretary Forest/DDO, Forest Wildlife & Environment Department GB, Gilgit. Tender documents can be obtained from the department office during working hours prior to the closing date.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that your quotation is computer typed as hand-written quotations will not be entertained. Also, attach all required documents including CNIC copy, registration certificate, and treasury challan for the cost of bidding documents to avoid disqualification.
