Supply of Stationery and Tyers for University of Kotli FY 2026-27

Sealed tenders are invited from registered and well reputed vendors for the purchase of Stationery and Tyers for the financial year 2026-27 by the University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, located in Kotli. Items being procured: - Stationery - Tyers Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Treasurer UoK upon payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) via Bank Challan, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK, AJ&K. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. The bids must be submitted before 11:00 a.m. on 14-09-2026 to the office of the Treasurer UoK. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Treasurer's office. Financial proposals must be accompanied by a 5% bid security/earnest money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK, amounting to Rs. 700,000 for Stationery and Rs. 750,000 for Tyers. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on F.O.R basis to UoK and remain valid for 120 days. All applicable government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
