Supply of Stores, Equipment, and Services for Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), located at Naval Residential Complex E-8, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as per the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This opportunity is open to eligible suppliers who can meet the technical and commercial requirements outlined by the department. Items being procured: - Stores (specific items to be detailed in Schedule to Tender) - Equipment (as per technical requirements) - Services (as specified in IT) Specific item list not provided in the notice. Bidders must submit their proposals in three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer (in duplicate), Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The technical offer must include documents such as bank challan, principal authorization letter, principal invoice (without price), DP-1 and DP-2 forms of IT, technical offer/specs, annexes, DGDP registration letter, income tax and sales tax proofs, CEO CNIC, and imported OEM CoC where applicable. The commercial offer should be in single copy and clearly marked, with all prices quoted in figures and words. Earnest Money must be submitted in a separate envelope as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi, with rates depending on the firm's registration status (2% to 5% of quoted value, subject to ceiling). Eligibility requires firms to be registered or willing to register with DGDP, and to provide all required documentation. Offers must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial/financial proposal. Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained.
