Supply of Stores/Equipment/Services for Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites qualified firms to tender for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, accessible via Bahria Gate. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include various documents such as Bank Challan, DP-1, DP-2, DP-3 forms, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, Price List, DGDP Registration Letter, and Tax Filing Proof. Earnest Money must be submitted separately. The Commercial Offer should contain the firm's commercial offer, principal invoice, and duly filled DP-2 form. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024). Firms must be registered or willing to register with DGDP and possess requisite technical and financial capabilities. Earnest Money/Bid Security is mandatory, with rates varying by firm category. Tender validity is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening or June 30, whichever is later. Tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked and addressed to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy). Late submissions will not be entertained.
