Supply of Stores, Equipment, and Services for Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites qualified firms to submit tenders for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include documents such as Bank Challan for DGDP registered firms, DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms of IT, Manufacturer Authorization letter and Price list (where applicable), DGDP Registration Letter, Tax Filling Proof, and Affidavit for provisional registration if not registered with DGDP. Firms must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024) and must be registered or willing to register with DGDP. Earnest Money must be submitted in a separate envelope and accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. Rates for Earnest Money vary based on firm registration status with DGDP.
