Supply of Stores, Equipment and Services for Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites qualified firms to tender for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). The procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include documents such as Bank Challan, Principal Authorization Letter, Principal Invoice (muted without price), DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of IT with compliance remarks, Technical Offer/Specs, Annexes of IT, DGDP Registration Letter, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration proofs, CEO Name & CNIC, OEM Certificate of Conformance, and Country of Origin. Earnest Money must be submitted in a separate envelope and comply with the specified amounts and conditions. The Commercial Offer should be submitted in single copy and clearly marked with tender number and date of opening. Eligibility criteria include registration with DGDP, compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024), and submission of all required documents. Tender validity is 120 days from the date of opening. Late submissions will not be entertained. Tender documents must reach the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) by the specified date and time in the Schedule to Tender. Only registered representatives of firms will be allowed to attend the tender opening. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that the Earnest Money is submitted in a separate envelope and not inside the Technical or Commercial Offers to avoid rejection.
