Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms in Islamabad to supply stores, equipment, and related services for the Pakistan Navy under the Directorate of Procurement (Navy). The procurement covers a range of security and IT equipment essential for naval operations and administrative functions.
The scope requires firms to submit technical and commercial offers in sealed envelopes, including detailed compliance with technical specifications and commercial pricing. The procurement process demands strict adherence to documentation such as DGDP registration, tax proofs, OEM certificates, and Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The tender emphasizes compliance with PPRA rules and DGDP contract conditions, ensuring transparency and accountability in supply.
Bidders must be registered or willing to register with DGDP and comply with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender also requires firms to maintain PEC registration and submit all relevant forms (DP-1, DP-2, DP-3) duly filled and signed. The Earnest Money rates vary based on firm registration status, with clear instructions on submission and return policies.
The submission deadline is set for 7 days after the publish date, with tender opening times specified in the schedule. Offers must be delivered physically to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) office at Naval Residential Complex E-8, Islamabad. Late submissions will not be entertained, and only authorized representatives may attend the opening.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your Earnest Money is submitted in a separate envelope as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, double-check the OEM Conformance Certificates and DGDP registration to prevent rejection on technical grounds.
