Supply of Summer Cloth for BISE Lahore Employees and Security Guards

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites tenders from firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax (if applicable) and registered on Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Summer Cloth width 54", fine quality Sky Blue Colour for B-Technical & C-Class Employees, Quantity: 1384 Meter - Summer Cloth width 54", fine quality Jet Black Colour for Security Guards, Quantity: 190 Meter The cloth specifications require 35% Cotton and 65% Polyester (+/- 3%). Bidders must upload bidding documents on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website. The estimated cost is Rs. 22,41,600/- with a bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 1,12,080/- and a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount. All bids must quote inclusive of all taxes and on FOR basis. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under rule 35(1) of PPR 2014. The closing date for submission is 29 August 2026 at 1:30 PM, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online as per Punjab E-Procurement System procedures in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
