Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Surgical Instruments for Tertiary Care Hospital Nishter-II Multan and 300-Bedded DHQ Hospital Mianwali

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of surgical instruments (Package No. 53) on a DDP basis. This procurement supports the establishment of the Tertiary Care Hospital Nishter-II in Multan and the 300-bedded District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in Mianwali. Items being procured: - Surgical Instruments Package No. 53 The scope includes delivery and full commissioning of surgical instruments at the specified hospital sites, ensuring operational readiness and ongoing maintenance. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with PPRA rules 2014 (amended). The estimated cost is approximately Rs. 47 million, with a bid security of Rs. 900,000 and a bid validity of 180 days. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method under Open Competitive Bidding. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 16th September 2026 no later than 03:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 04:00 PM. Any submissions outside the e-Procurement portal will not be considered. In case the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
