Tender Description
The High Court of Sindh, Karachi is inviting electronic bids from firms registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) for the supply of toner cartridges for photocopier machines installed at various offices and branches of the High Court of Sindh, Karachi. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and requires bidders to hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, as well as to be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

- Toner Cartridges for Photocopier Machines installed at various offices/branches of the High Court of Sindh, Karachi
The scope includes supplying high-quality toner cartridges compatible with the photocopier machines used across the High Court's offices. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical specifications. Eligibility criteria include registration with SPPRA, valid FBR and ATL status, and submission of a bid security amounting to 5% of the bid value in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of the Registrar, High Court of Sindh, Karachi. The bid security must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
The last date and time for submission of bids is Monday, 12th October 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, Karachi. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, High Court Building, Saddar, Karachi.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure registration on EPADS well in advance and to upload the scanned copy of the bid security at the time of electronic bid submission. Additionally, the original bid security instrument along with a signed hard copy of the bid must reach the submission address before the bid opening time to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
