Items being procured: - Tractor, Wheeled, Aircraft, Towing, Engine Driven (Quantity: 2 Nos) Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Directorate General Procurement (Army) upon production of required documents including registration certificates, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC of MD, and certificates of non-default and experience. An original challan form for Rs 2000/- must be deposited into Govt Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 Million) through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is required as earnest money. The offer validity is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. Performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. The tender will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firms' representatives. The delivery period for the items is 12 months.
