Supply, Transportation, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Solar Lift Scheme

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from eligible, qualified and experienced firms/contractors for the supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of a solar lift scheme at Charun, Upper Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of solar PV modules - Solar pumping inverter - Submersible pump and motor - Cabling - Mounting structures - Electrical protection - Earthing system - Pump support structure - Piping - Top-set assembly - Foundations and all necessary accessories for a complete and functional solar pumping system The project site is located approximately 70 km from Chitral Town. The technical scope includes supply and installation of a 15.99 kWp (26 x 615W) solar PV system with a pump rating of 9.13 kW and a pumping inverter of 15 kW. The total dynamic head is 297 ft with a pumping inverter capacity of 15 kW. Completion period is 45 calendar days. Bid security of 2.5% of total quoted bid price is required. Quotation validity must be minimum 60 days. Eligibility criteria include meeting the specified technical, experience and financial requirements.
