Supply of Uniform Items for Special Students for Financial Year 2026-27

Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for HI (Boys) Jhang invites E-Bids according to Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Uniform items for special students The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system with all bids submitted online. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 25,00,000/- with a bid security of PKR 1,25,000/- (5% of estimated cost). Bidders must submit all documents through the Punjab e-Portal and follow the single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a formal contract agreement before supply order issuance. All rates quoted should be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bid validity shall be six months from the publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the E-bid evaluation criteria and PPRA rules. The E-Bid submission deadline is September 21, 2026 till 10:00 am, with opening at 10:30 am on the same day.
