Supply of Uniform Items for Special Students Winter and Summer Season 2026-27

Government Special Education Center Ferozwala District Sheikhupura invites e-bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the winter and summer seasons of financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for supplying uniform kits specifically designed for special students to meet their seasonal needs. Items being procured: - Uniform kit for Winter Boys and Girls (Lot No. 01) - Uniform kit for Summer Boys and Girls (Lot No. 02) The estimated cost of procurement is Total PKR 2,000,000/- (2 Million) with a bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 100,000/- (One Hundred thousand only). Bidders must submit their bids through the e-procurement portal (EP) and also provide the original hard copy of the Bid Security CDR in favor of the Headmistress Government Special Education Center Ferozwala District Sheikhupura before the closing time. Failure to submit the hard copy will result in rejection of the bid. This tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. All rates quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and in Pakistani Rupees.
