Supply of Uniform, Shoes and Batch Decoration

Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi is inviting sealed quotations through E-Pads (online) from suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of uniform, shoes and batch decoration items. The procurement is on a single stage, one envelope basis and will be evaluated and awarded on an item-wise basis. Items being procured: - Uniform - Shoes - Batch Decoration The tender documents are available for Rs. 1,250 and the bid security required is 2% of the tender amount. Tender forms and documents can be downloaded online from the Sindh E-Pads portal or obtained from the office of the Bursar during office hours from publication date until 07-08-2026 between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm except Sundays. Sealed offers along with samples and bid security pay order in favor of Pakistan Steel Cadet College must be submitted latest by 10:30 am on 08-08-2026 to the office of the College Adjutant. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The quoted prices must be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for three months from the date of tender opening. Samples of the items are available for inspection. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. All applicable taxes will be as per Government of Pakistan rules. Suppliers should ensure they are registered with FBR and have valid ATL status. Experience in supplying similar uniform and related items will be advantageous.
