Supply of Uniforms for Regional Tax Office Hyderabad (Inland Revenue)

The Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad (Inland Revenue) invites sealed bids for the supply of uniforms for various cadres as per department standards. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Items being procured: - Supply of Uniforms for Inspectors IR (50 sets) - Supply of Uniforms for Security Staff (100 sets) - Supply of Uniforms for Staff (100 sets) The uniforms include complete sets such as Malaysian Pant & Shirt, round badges, shoulder badges, IRS caps, belts, commando shoes and socks for Inspectors; Malaysian Shalwar & Kameez, badges, FBR topi, and Pishori sandals for other staff categories including Havaldar, Armed Guard, Naib Qasid, Daftari, Notice Server, Bailiff, and Driver. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft as specified. The bid validity period is 180 days. Technical and financial bids will be submitted and opened on EPADS v2.0 on September 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Manual bids will not be accepted.
