Supply of Various Medical Drugs and Injections for Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of various medical drugs and injections under tender number 26A-1099-FY26-27-01-C-MED. The procurement is for the supply of medicines and injections to be delivered starting from 1st September 2027, 1st February 2028, and 1st April 2028 as per delivery schedule. The tender documents must be obtained by 18th September 2026. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids by 22nd September 2026 at 10:00 hrs, with opening on the same day at 10:00 hrs in the tender room of DGP (Army). Eligibility criteria include valid NTN certificates, registration letters with DGDP and MoH product, valid drug manufacturing license by DRAP, export/import license for foreign firms, financial capability proof, valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates, and market share certificates as per Intercontinental Medical Statistics (IMS). Earnest money in the form of bank draft or pay order must be attached as per specified percentages based on firm registration status. The tender remains valid for 120 days from the opening date. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Bids must be submitted in three sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender enquiry number.
