The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of various medicines and eye drops. Delivery periods vary with last dates mostly by 23rd October 2026 and opening dates from 27th October 2026 onwards at 1000 hrs. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN certificates, registration letters with DGDP and MoH, drug manufacturing license by DRAP, export/import license for foreign firms, financial capability proof, valid sales tax registration, and provision of certificates regarding market share data. Earnest Money Deposit (Bid Security) is required as per quoted value with different percentages for pre-qualified, registered, un-registered firms. Payment of PKR 2000 for tender documents is to be deposited in Government Treasury. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with Tender Enquiry number by 0930 hrs on opening date at the Tender Room of DGP (Army).
