Tender Description
The University of Balochistan, Quetta is procuring various stationery items for the entire Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the University of Balochistan located in Quetta, Balochistan. The scope includes supply of a wide range of stationery such as registers, files, pens, papers, toners, whiteboards, and other office consumables as per the detailed specifications and samples provided in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be registered firms in the stationery supply business with at least five years of relevant experience, particularly in supplying educational institutions at the university level. Earnest Money Deposit of 5% of the total tender cost in the form of CDR/DD is required. Performance security of 10% of the supply order value will be demanded upon contract award.
