Supply of Wireless Communication System for Ring Road Police

Punjab Ring Roads Authority invites sealed bids on Whole Package basis from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purpose with active taxpayer profile and adequate experience for supply of the following item: Items being procured: - Procurement of Wireless Communication System for Ring Road Police Bids shall be received and processed on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical Bids must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Punjab Ring Roads Authority. Sealed bids prepared in conformity with bidding instructions must reach the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) through the E-PROCUREMENT portal (http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) no later than 27-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives holding valid authority letters. Punjab Ring Roads Authority will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier firms or post office. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
