Supply of X Ray and Related Items, General Store and Misc Items, and Stationery Items for THQ Hospital Murree

The Health & Population Department Punjab invites electronic bids for supply of three independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for THQ Hospital Murree. The procurement is under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) using the Single Stage—One Envelope procedure. Eligibility is lot-specific: Lot No. 1 bidders must be manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors or dealers of X Ray and related items; Lots No. 2 and 3 bidders must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers as applicable. Technical responsiveness, financial evaluation and award shall be determined separately for each lot quoted in accordance with the disclosed bidding documents. Items being procured: - Lot No. 1: X Ray and Related Items (Estimated value PKR 3,000,000, Bid security PKR 60,000) - Lot No. 2: General Store and Misc Items (Estimated value PKR 4,000,000, Bid security PKR 80,000) - Lot No. 3: Stationery Items (Estimated value PKR 2,000,000, Bid security PKR 40,000) The complete bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids shall be prepared and submitted electronically through the portal. A separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot shall be furnished in the form, validity and manner stated in the bidding documents/Punjab e-Procurement in favour of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Murree. The bid submission deadline is 07/11/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the e-Punjab Procurement Portal / at THQ Hospital Murree in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. Prices shall include delivery for THQ Hospital Murree, and taxes shall be stated and treated in accordance with applicable law and the bidding documents. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, after recording and communicating the grounds as prescribed.
