Faisalabad Parking Company Limited (FPC) invites sealed proposals from eligible and expert Tax and Corporate Consultant Firms for providing Tax & Corporate Consultancy Services. These services are required for the period from 01-11-2026 to 31-10-2027, with possible extension as per bidding document terms. Items being procured: - Tax & Corporate Consultancy Services The consultancy scope includes expert advisory and compliance services related to tax and corporate matters for Faisalabad Parking Company in Faisalabad city. Firms must hold valid NTN, GST, and PST registration. The selection will follow the Least Cost Method of Selection procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to August 2020). Bid security of 5% of the total estimated price must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee favoring Faisalabad Parking Company. The original bid security instrument must be submitted at the procurement office in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the e-bid submission deadline. Technical bids along with proposed consultancy fees (financial bid) must be uploaded on the E-Pads portal by 16-10-2026 before 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
