Tender for Technical Civil and Electrical Maintenance Works in AoR of CMES P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and subsequent tender submissions for various technical civil and electrical maintenance works in the Areas of Responsibility (AoR) of CMES P-09, P-10, and P-11 Garrisons. Items being procured: - TC (Except Decoration) B&R in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC (Decoration) B&R in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC External Electric E&M in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Internal Electric E&M in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Internal/External Water Supply & Sui Gas in AoR of P-09 & P-10 Gar - TC Internal/External Water Supply in AoR of P-11 Gar - TC External Water Supply in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Repair/Rewinding of Pump Motors in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Filter Plants in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Sui GAS in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Bazar Supply B&R / E&M in AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar The scope covers technical civil works including building and road maintenance (B&R), electrical installation and maintenance (E&M), water supply systems, Sui gas connections, pump motor repairs, and filter plant maintenance within the specified garrison areas. Contractors must be on the approved MES contractor list 'D' or have equivalent experience with other government departments. Valid registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and bank statements are mandatory. Firms must provide detailed financial standing, staff details, tools and plant inventory, and past experience attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer. Contractors not on the MES approved list or suspended contractors must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR or Deposit at Call pledged to CMES (SFS) Petaro. This amount is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or fails to secure the contract. The tender submission must be made by 21 October 2026 at 1130 hours, with bids opened the same day.
