Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and installation of terminal signage at Machike Terminal, Lahore. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited and is critical for enhancing the terminal's visibility and safety compliance.
Items being procured:
- Building fascia raised signage (30 ft x 5 ft ACM sheet with 5 mm thick acrylic moulded weatherproof blue light front-lit 3D acrylic letters, including moveable hinge type assemblies and 18 SWG GI Sheet with steel support)
- 6 feet diameter vinyl PSO logo signage with laminated text, weatherproof LED lighting modules, FRP round circle thickness 6mm with mild steel support structure
- HSE signage in various sizes (PVC vinyl stickers with high-intensity prismatic reflective sheeting including letters, pictograms, and symbols as per HSE standards)
- Miscellaneous steel structure (300 KG) for supporting signage including fabrication, cutting, grinding, bending, welding, erection with hollow pipes, solid/round bars, MS Plate/Angle/Channels, surface preparation, red oxide primer and enamel paint
The technical scope includes supply, fabrication, and installation of terminal signage with materials such as ACM sheets, acrylic moulded letters, LED back-lit modules, PVC vinyl stickers, and steel structural members. The work requires adherence to site conditions and instructions from the Terminal Engineer, ensuring durability against weather and storms with proper painting and fixing.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for civil and electrical works, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate experience in similar signage and steel fabrication projects. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PSO procurement rules.
