The first project involves Tier III Design (TCDD) and Constructed Facility (TCCF) Certifications of NTC's Primary Data Center located in Islamabad and the Disaster Recovery Data Center in Lahore. The second project is the procurement of Data Center Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for NTC. Items being procured: - Tier III Design (TCDD) Certification of NTC Primary Data Center Islamabad - Constructed Facility (TCCF) Certification of Disaster Recovery Data Center Lahore - Data Center Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for NTC These projects require specialized technical expertise in data center design, certification, and cloud infrastructure services. Bidders must have relevant experience and valid registrations with tax authorities. The procurement process is conducted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. The bid submission deadlines are as follows: for the Tier III Design and Constructed Facility Certifications, bids must be submitted by 30-10-2026 at 11:00 Hrs with bid opening at 11:30 Hrs the same day. For the Data Center Infrastructure as a Service procurement, bids must be submitted by 04-11-2026 at 11:00 Hrs with opening at 11:30 Hrs on the same day. Bidders should ensure timely electronic submission via EPADS 2.0 as manual bids will not be accepted. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0 for any disputes.
