Toll Tax Collection Contract at Indus-Bannu Section Pakistan Railways Peshawar

Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids from government-registered contractors and firms experienced in tax collection for the toll tax collection contract at the Indus-Bannu Section. The contract duration is one year and the work is based in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Toll tax collection services for Auto Rickshaw at Rs. 10 per crossing - Toll tax collection services for Car & Pick Up (Passenger) at Rs. 30 per crossing - Toll tax collection services for Mini Bus, Wagon (Hi-Ace) & Pick-Up (Commercial) at Rs. 50 per crossing The scope includes managing toll tax collection over the bridge at the specified section, ensuring accurate and timely collection of tolls as per the rates mentioned. Bidders must be registered with the government and have relevant experience in tax collection. A bid security of Rs. 430,000 in the form of a CDR is required, payable to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar. The original CDR must be submitted along with other documents to the office of the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar (Works Accounts Branch). The price bid must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 06 October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Only bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 will be accepted. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request.
