Training Programs for Establishment of IT Excellence Centers at Bhimber, Neelum and Bagh

The Information Technology Board of Azad Jammu & Kashmir is procuring training programs for the establishment of IT Excellence Centers located at Bhimber, Neelum, and Bagh. This procurement is specifically for reputed IT firms, companies, or vendors capable of delivering comprehensive training services. The project requires firms to submit valid documentation including audit reports for the last three years, affidavit of non-blacklisting, NTN certificate, tax returns for the last three years, and authorized partnership or dealership proof. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Director General, IT Board, Block-C New District Complex Muzaffarabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. The earnest money required is PKR 4,500,000. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, ensuring technical and financial bids are submitted separately. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in IT training services. Bidders must ensure their technical bids are complete and submitted before or on the closing date of 10-08-2026 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per AJ&K PPRA rules.
