Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys (Evening Shift) Sahoki Malian, Sheikhupura

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites e-bids from tax registered firms and companies for the hiring of transport services to provide pick and drop facilities for students of the Workers Welfare School Boys (Evening Shift), Sahoki Malian, Sheikhupura, for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Only registered transport firms with valid technical and financial credentials are eligible to participate. Refurbished vehicles are acceptable if manufactured not earlier than 2000 and subsequently upgraded, with valid certification from RTA or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR. The last date for online submission of bids is **24.09.2026 till 11:00 a.m.** Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m., and financial bids on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
