Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad (Pakistan Customs) invites bids for the transportation of goods and other related services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P83119 and aims to secure reliable transportation and logistics support within Hyderabad and surrounding divisions including Nawabshah, Sukkur, Larkana, and Mirpurkhas. Items being procured:
- Loading and unloading in 20 ft container
- Loading and unloading in 40 ft container
- Transportation up to 50 km and 350 km (Hyderabad to Sukkur) for 20 ft and 40 ft containers
- Large and small crane/excavator services per hour
- Large and small lifter services per hour
- Car carrier transportation for Light Transport Vehicles (LTV) up to 350 km and 1200 km
- Transportation in Shahzore or similar vehicle up to 150 km including loading and unloading
- Transportation in Mazda truck or similar vehicle up to 150 km including loading and unloading
- Provision of labor in batches of five persons per shift (8 hours per shift)
The scope includes shifting seized goods from various check posts, JCPs, ASUs, and DES to warehouses and other sites within the jurisdiction of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad. The successful bidder will provide labor, logistics support, and related services as required. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and provide relevant experience certificates for similar services over the last three years. Earnest money in the form of a pay order of Rs. 100,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and hard copy of bid security submitted at the Collectorate office at A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:00 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be entertained.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including valid registrations, business profile, CNIC copies, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and valid for six months. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique. Technical competence, financial resources, and experience will be evaluated. One practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare and upload all required documents on EPADS v2.0 well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions or late bids.
