Transportation of Goods and Vehicles and Provision of Related Services for Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad 2026-27

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad, invites sealed tenders from reputed suppliers, contractors, or firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the transportation of goods and vehicles, as well as the provision of related services for the Financial Year 2026-27. The scope of work covers shifting of seized goods and vehicles from various Check Posts, JCPs, ASUs, and DIs to warehouses and other sites under the jurisdiction of the Collectorate, including Hyderabad, Sukkur, and other divisions. The successful bidder will be responsible for transportation, logistics support, and any other related services as required. Items being procured: - 20 ft Container up to 50 km including loading and unloading (Hyderabad to Sukkur) - 40 ft Container up to 50 km including loading and unloading (Hyderabad to Sukkur) - Large Crane/excavator service per hour - Small Crane/excavator service per hour - Large lifter service per hour - Small lifter service per hour - Car Carrier for transportation of LTV up to distance of 350 km - Car Carrier for transportation of LTV up to distance of 1200 km - Transportation in Suzuki or similar vehicle for distance up to 150 km including loading and unloading - Transportation in Mazda Truck or similar vehicle for distance up to 150 km including loading and unloading - Provision of labor in batch of five persons per shift (8 hours a shift) The technical scope includes the provision of suitable vehicles and equipment for the safe and efficient movement of goods and vehicles, as well as labor for loading and unloading. Bidders must be registered with FBR and possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration. The tender requires submission of earnest money in the form of a pay order in favor of The Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad, equivalent to Rs. 100,000 as a call deposit. Bids must be dropped in the Tender Box placed in the Administration Branch, CnC Enforcement, A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad, by 26 August 2026 at 14:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
