Transportation of Goods and Vehicles and Provision of Related Services by Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad invites sealed tenders from reputed suppliers, contractors, or firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for transportation of goods and vehicles from Check posts, JCPs, ASUs, and DES to warehouses and other sites under its jurisdiction. This tender covers shifting and transportation of goods and vehicles from/to different places within Hyderabad Division, Nawabshah Division, Sukkur Division, Larkana Division, and Mirpurkhas Division for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - 20 Ft Container up to 50 km including loading and unloading - 40 Ft Container up to 50 km including loading and unloading - 20 Ft Container up to 350 km including loading and unloading (Hyderabad ⇄ Sukkur) - 40 Ft Container up to 350 km including loading and unloading (Hyderabad ⇄ Sukkur) - Large Crane/excavator service per hour - Small Crane/excavator service per hour - Large lifter service per hour - Small lifter service per hour - Car Carrier for transportation of LTV up to distance of 350 km - Car Carrier for transportation of LTV up to distance of 1200 km - Transportation in Shahzore or similar vehicle for up to distance of 150 km including loading and unloading - Transportation in Mazda Truck or similar vehicle for distance up to 150 km including loading and unloading - Provision of labor in batch of five persons per shift (8 hours a shift) The scope includes shifting of seized goods, provision of labor, logistics support, and related services as required. Rates must be quoted according to specified criteria for containers, cranes, lifters, carriers, and vehicles. Bidders must submit sealed bids in the Tender Box at the Administration Branch, CoC Enforcement, A-49 site area Hyderabad, or online via the PPRA official website by 26-08-2026 up to 1400 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Required documents include valid Sales and Income Tax registrations, business profile of last 3 years, authority letter for administrative division, experience certificates for similar services in government or semi-government/private organizations during last 3 years, CNIC and bank statement of authorized person, and an affidavit confirming the company is not blacklisted. A pay order of Rs. 100,000 as call deposit is mandatory. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and valid for six months with possible revisions due to market fluctuations.
