Transportation, Safe Handling, Erection & Concreting of HT/LT Structure Poles and PC Spun Poles, Fixing of Stay Rods in District Jehlum and District Gujrat

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the transportation, safe handling, carriage, erection, and concreting of HT/LT structure poles and PC spun poles, including fixing of stay rods in District Jehlum and District Gujrat under the jurisdiction of Construction Division IESCO Jehlum. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. Items being procured: - Transportation and safe handling of HT structure poles 36' with foundation size 610x610x1981mm (483 units) - Transportation and safe handling of LT steel structure poles 9.49 mtr (31 ft) with foundation size 508x508x1829mm (804 units) - Installation of earthing arrangements for HT/LT structure and PC spun poles as per WAPDA drawings (1437 units) - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on double poles as per WAPDA drawings (109 units) - Fixing of stay sets complete (585 units) The scope includes collection from designated IESCO stores, carriage to site, erection, concreting, and earthing of poles and transformers as per WAPDA specifications. The work covers District Jehlum (NA-60) and District Gujrat (NA-62). Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Bidders should have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations and provide audited financial statements for the last three years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 09:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM.
