Transportation, Safe Handling and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Poles at Vehari

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for the transportation, safe handling, shifting, and erection of 31', 36', and 45' HT/LT PCC Spun Poles from designated pole plants to site under MEPCO Circle Vehari. This tender is specifically for the Mailsi Division under Circle Vehari. Items being procured: - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36', 45' and LT PCC / Spun Poles 31' The scope includes the careful handling and erection of poles sourced from specified pole plants including M/S Khacha Khu, M/S All Pole Plants Lahore, M/s Jahanian, M/s Lodhran, M/s Jhang Pole Plant, M/s Sadiqabad, M/s Sakhi Sarwar, M/s Darya Khan, M/s Chiniot, M/s Mian Brothers Shah Kot, M/s Pindi Bhattian, M/s Kanjwani Sumandri, and M/S Sahiwal Noor Shah Road. All poles are to be transported and erected in compliance with MEPCO standards and applicable safety regulations. Eligible bidders must be registered or renewed firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding category C6 (without Hypton) with a financial limit of PKR 25 Million. Specialized codes required are CE-10 (Civil works), EE-04 (Low Voltage Installation), and EE-05 (High Voltage Installation). A minimum of 5 PCP points is mandatory, and at least one PEC registered engineer must be attached to the firm. Valid PEC registration certificates must be attached with the bid. Firms with expired registration will not be issued work orders unless fresh valid PEC certificates are provided. Bidding documents are available on EPADS and must be submitted electronically via EPMS by 30th July 2026 at 10:30 AM. The bid opening will be held the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Superintending Engineer (OP) Circle, Vehari. Earnest money of Rs. 60,000 is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft valid for 120 days. Bids must be firm and unconditional; conditional bids will be rejected.
