Transportation Wheat Supply for Various Districts Hyderabad Region 2023-27

The Food Department Government of Sindh, Hyderabad Region, invites bids for transportation of wheat old stocks for the crop year 2023-24 and crop 2025-26 from various districts to different locations within Hyderabad Region for the years 2026-2027. This tender is issued under the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Transportation of wheat from PRC-Tando Allah Yar of District Tando Allah Yar to PRC-Bolhari of District Jamshoro (Other District) Crop year 2023-24 - Transportation of wheat from PRC-Badin and PRC-Golarchi of District Badin to PRC-Bolhari of District Jamshoro (Other District) Crop year 2023-24 - Transportation of wheat from various WPCS/PRCs of District Dadu to PRC-Bolhari of District Jamshoro (Other District) Crop year 2023-24 - Transportation of wheat from WPCS/PRCs K.N. Shah & Radhan to PRC-Dadu of District Dadu (Within District) Crop 2025-26 - Transportation of wheat from WPCS/PRCs-Arzi & Samn to PRC-Sanghar of District Sanghar (Within District) Crop 2025-26 The scope includes handling and transportation of more than 10,000 MT of wheat from multiple centers to designated PRCs within the Hyderabad Region. Bidders must have experience in handling large quantities and must comply with the technical and financial requirements including submission of Bid Security as specified for each route. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is mandatory as per the specified amounts for each route. Bids must be submitted by 20th August 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same day at the Food Department Hyderabad Region office.
